Unlimited Free Minor Revisions
For eligible corrections within the original scope.

Scope of service, quotes and approval
Services may include embroidery digitizing, vector tracing, quoted artwork cleanup, machine-file preparation and digital delivery. Quotes depend on artwork, size, placement, format, complexity and deadline. Work starts after quote approval and payment confirmation. Clients must confirm the agreed scope; new instructions may change the price or timeline.
Payment and turnaround
Payment is normally required before production begins and prices are confirmed first. Currency conversion or payment fees may be controlled by the payment provider. The website does not intentionally store complete card details.
Most standard-ready orders are delivered within 4–24 hours after payment and complete job details are confirmed. Complex or multi-file work may require longer. Review the File Delivery & Production Policy.
Unlimited free minor revisions
Unlimited means there is no arbitrary revision-count limit for eligible minor adjustments within the same original artwork, placement and agreed order scope.
Eligible minor revisions, where technically practical, include simple thread or artwork color changes, color-sequence or production-sheet updates, minor density, underlay, pull-compensation, spacing, stitch-direction, sequencing, trim or jump corrections, small-lettering cleanup, minor border or outline alignment, and minor size adjustments up to 0.5 inch in width or height.
A technically safe size adjustment of up to 0.5 inch in width or height may be handled free of charge. If the size change requires substantial rebuilding or re-digitizing, it becomes a major revision.
Color changes
Simple color changes are free minor revisions. Color sequence, charts or production sheets can be updated. DST does not normally store actual thread-color names. Artwork rebuilding or completely new color-separated artwork may require a new quote.
Major changes
A different logo or new artwork; a new layout or placement; rearranging, adding or removing major elements; flat-to-cap, cap-to-flat, flat-to-3D-puff or embroidery-to-applique conversion; a different patch shape or border; a size change greater than 0.5 inch; substantial resizing; new names, numbers or personalized versions; substantially different color arrangements requiring rebuilding; rebuilding for another fabric or production method; post-completion instructions; and changes outside the approved scope are major changes.
Major changes are reviewed before additional work begins. The client will be informed if a new quote is required.
Refund policy
Because every order is custom digital production work, payments are generally non-refundable once payment has been made and production work has started. Time and production capacity are allocated specifically to the client’s artwork, and completed digital work cannot be physically returned. Eligible concerns within the original order scope are handled through unlimited free minor revisions.
This policy does not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
A refund may be reviewed only for a duplicate payment, confirmed unauthorized payment, inability to deliver the agreed digital service, or where a remedy is required by applicable law.
Change of mind, a wrong client-supplied size or format, new artwork or placement after payment, failure to test, production setup issues not caused by the file, or major out-of-scope changes do not automatically qualify for a refund.
Client artwork rights and delivered files
The client confirms the right to use supplied artwork and remains responsible for trademark, copyright and licensing permission. Standard Digitizing does not claim ownership of the client’s brand and may refuse unlawful or infringing work.
After payment, the client receives the agreed production files. Native, editable or internal software-specific working files are included only when quoted. Clients should keep permanent backups; files may be retained for up to 6 months.
Production responsibility and communication
Results vary by fabric, backing, hooping, needle, thread, machine and tension. Test sewouts are required and eligible file-related concerns will be reviewed; no universal machine or fabric guarantee is made.
