These terms explain business identity, service scope, payment, delivery, revisions, cancellations, digital-file fulfilment, refunds and the law governing orders placed with Standard Digitizing.

Scope of service, quotes and approval
Standard Digitizing provides customized digital services that may include embroidery digitizing, logo vector conversion, custom embroidery file preparation and digital artwork conversion. Depending on the approved service and customer requirements, delivered files may include EMB, CND, PXF, DSB, U01, DST, PES, EXP, JEF, VP3, PDF, PNG and appropriate vector or machine formats. Not every file format is supplied with every service.
Quotes depend on artwork, size, placement, format, complexity and deadline. Work starts after quote approval and payment confirmation. Customers must confirm the agreed specifications; new instructions may change the price or timeline.
Payment and turnaround
Payment is normally required before production begins and prices are confirmed first. Currency conversion or payment fees may be controlled by the payment provider. The website does not intentionally store complete card details.
Standard-ready orders are typically delivered within 4 to 24 hours after successful payment confirmation and receipt of complete artwork and design instructions. Complex or multi-file jobs may take up to 72 hours. Review the File Delivery & Production Policy.
Unlimited free revisions
Standard Digitizing offers unlimited free revisions for orders within the originally agreed design specifications.
Customers may request adjustments to help achieve the required embroidery or vector artwork result. Eligible in-scope revisions, where technically practical, may include color updates, production-sheet changes, density, underlay, pull-compensation, spacing, stitch-direction, sequencing, trim or jump corrections, small-lettering cleanup, border or outline alignment, and minor size adjustments up to 0.5 inch in width or height.
Substantial redesigns, entirely new artwork, or requirements outside the original order scope may require a separate quotation.
Color changes
Simple color changes within the originally agreed specifications are free revisions. Color sequence, charts or production sheets can be updated. DST does not normally store actual thread-color names. Artwork rebuilding or completely new color-separated artwork may require a new quote.
Major changes
A different logo or new artwork; a new layout or placement; rearranging, adding or removing major elements; flat-to-cap, cap-to-flat, flat-to-3D-puff or embroidery-to-applique conversion; a different patch shape or border; a size change greater than 0.5 inch; substantial resizing; new names, numbers or personalized versions; substantially different color arrangements requiring rebuilding; rebuilding for another fabric or production method; post-completion instructions; and changes outside the approved scope are major changes.
Major changes are reviewed before additional work begins. The client will be informed if a new quote is required.
No-Refund Policy
All services provided by Standard Digitizing are customized digital services prepared according to each customer’s specifications.
Once payment has been successfully received and the order is confirmed, the payment is considered final and non-refundable.
We do not offer voluntary refunds for paid orders, including orders that are awaiting production, currently being processed, completed, or already delivered.
Customers are responsible for reviewing their design requirements, artwork, specifications, and quotation before making payment.
A change of mind, change in business requirements, or decision not to use the completed design does not qualify for a voluntary refund.
We offer unlimited free revisions within the originally agreed design requirements to help address reasonable quality or specification concerns.
This policy does not limit any refund rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law or binding payment-provider rules.
Refund Processing Time
Standard Digitizing does not offer voluntary refunds once payment has been confirmed.
If a refund is required under applicable law or binding payment-provider rules, we will initiate the refund within 7 business days after the refund obligation has been confirmed, unless a different legally required timeframe applies.
The actual time required for funds to appear in the customer’s account may depend on the payment processor, bank, or card issuer.
Order cancellation
Customers may cancel an unpaid order request or quotation without a cancellation fee. After payment, a cancellation request may stop remaining work where reasonably possible, but cancellation does not create a voluntary refund. Cancellation and refund are separate matters. Client artwork rights and delivered files
The client confirms the right to use supplied artwork and remains responsible for trademark, copyright and licensing permission. Standard Digitizing does not claim ownership of the client’s brand and may refuse unlawful or infringing work.
After payment, the client receives the agreed production files. Native, editable or internal software-specific working files are included only when quoted. Clients should keep permanent backups; files may be retained for up to 6 months.
Production responsibility and communication
Results vary by fabric, backing, hooping, needle, thread, machine and tension. Test sewouts are required and eligible file-related concerns will be reviewed; no universal machine or fabric guarantee is made.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of Pakistan.
Subject to any mandatory applicable legal requirements, disputes arising from or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Terms FAQs
Are payments refundable?
No voluntary refunds are offered after payment is confirmed, whether production is awaiting start, in progress, completed or delivered. Mandatory rights under applicable law or binding payment-provider rules are not excluded.
What revisions are free?
Unlimited free revisions are available for eligible adjustments within the originally agreed design specifications. Substantial redesigns, new artwork or out-of-scope requirements may need a separate quote.
Is a half-inch size change free?
It may be free when technically safe; substantial rebuilding makes it a major revision.
Are color changes free?
Simple color or sequence changes are minor revisions; artwork rebuilding may require a quote.
What counts as a major revision?
New artwork, placement, layout, production method or substantial restructuring is a major change.
When does the delivery time begin?
After payment is confirmed and all necessary artwork and design instructions are received.
Can I change the artwork after payment?
Yes, but a substantial change may require a new quote and timeline.
Do I need to test the embroidery file?
Yes. Test on comparable material before full production.
Are source or native files included?
Only when included in the approved quote.
Do you ship physical products?
No. Standard Digitizing provides customized digital services and delivers files electronically.
