Commercial Production Pricing
Embroidery Digitizing Pricing
Production-focused pricing for embroidery shops, apparel decorators, uniform suppliers, and brands in the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and Europe. Manual digitizing, artwork and production check, and machine-ready DST, PES, EXP, JEF, and VP3 delivery.
Starting prices depend on artwork quality, size, placement, stitch complexity, file type, and deadline. Simple digitizing starts at $5, vector tracing at $10, and patch digitizing at $15. Cap, left chest, 3D puff, and jacket back work is quoted from the actual size and detail.
Digital file service only: we prepare embroidery machine files and vector artwork files. We do not ship physical garments, hats, patches, or embroidery products.
Quick Answer
What affects embroidery digitizing price?
Embroidery digitizing pricing depends on logo complexity, stitch count, placement, cap or flat setup, patch borders, 3D puff requirements, vector cleanup and turnaround. The safest way to price a production file is to send the artwork, final size, garment or product type, and required format for a quote.
Production Tiers
How Commercial Pricing Is Structured

| Commercial detail | Mid-size logos, multi elements, uniforms | $10–$15 |
| Large placement | Jacket back, full chest, complex layouts | $25–$40+ |
| Vector artwork prep | Blurry JPG/PNG cleanup before digitizing | $10+ |
| Patch production | Patch borders, badges, repeat patch runs | $15+ |

Pricing Help
Pricing FAQs
Why does digitizing price vary?
Price changes with artwork complexity, finished size, placement, stitch count, source-art quality, special cap, patch, or puff planning, required formats, and deadline.
Is a DST file included?
Yes when DST is the requested output. We can also provide PES, EXP, JEF, VP3, and related machine formats according to the order scope.
Do you charge for edits?
Unlimited free minor revisions are included for the same artwork, placement and agreed scope. Eligible minor changes include color updates, minor production corrections and technically safe size adjustments up to 0.5 inch. Review the full revision terms.
Can I get rush service?
Rush jobs are accepted when capacity allows. Send the deadline with the artwork so timing can be confirmed before work begins. If your order is urgent, review our rush embroidery digitizing checklist before promising a customer deadline.
Do you digitize from a screenshot?
Yes. A screenshot or blurry source may need vector cleanup or manual artwork rebuilding before the stitch file is planned.
What is included in the embroidery digitizing price?
The embroidery digitizing price includes manual stitch planning, machine-ready file preparation, standard quality review, and delivery in common embroidery formats based on your order requirements.
Do revisions come with the order?
Yes. Unlimited free minor revisions are included for the same artwork, placement and agreed scope. Eligible minor changes include color updates, minor production corrections and technically safe size adjustments up to 0.5 inch. Review the full revision terms.
Do you keep a backup of my design files?
Delivered production files may be retained for up to 6 months for repeat-order support and minor file requests. Clients should keep permanent backups.
Which file formats are included?
We commonly deliver DST, PES, EXP, JEF, VP3, and related machine-ready formats. For vector tracing, common outputs include AI, EPS, SVG, PDF, and clean print-ready files.
Is vector tracing included with embroidery digitizing?
Vector tracing is a separate service when artwork needs cleanup before digitizing. If your logo is blurry, pixelated, or low resolution, we can recommend the best setup during quote review.
How fast can I receive my file?
Most standard-ready orders are delivered within 4–24 hours after payment and complete job details are confirmed. Complex or multi-file work may require longer. Review the delivery policy.
Are payments refundable?
Because orders are custom digital production work, payments are generally non-refundable after payment and production has started. Eligible in-scope concerns are handled through unlimited minor revisions. Mandatory rights under applicable law are not excluded. Review the full terms.
Are there hidden fees?
No. Pricing starts from the listed rates, and any complexity, rush need, artwork cleanup, or special placement requirement is reviewed before the job starts.
Can I get a quote before ordering?
Yes. Upload your artwork with size, placement, garment type, required format, and deadline so the production path and price can be reviewed first.
