Do you keep a backup of my design files?
Yes. We keep a backup of delivered production files for 6 months so returning clients can request repeat files or minor support more easily.
Which file formats are included?
We commonly deliver DST, PES, EXP, JEF, VP3, and related machine-ready formats. For vector tracing, common outputs include AI, EPS, SVG, PDF, and clean print-ready files.
Is vector tracing included with embroidery digitizing?
Vector tracing is a separate service when artwork needs cleanup before digitizing. If your logo is blurry, pixelated, or low resolution, we can recommend the best setup during quote review.
How fast can I receive my file?
