Order Policy

Order Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how to cancel a quotation before payment, how to request cancellation after payment and why cancelling an order is separate from refunding a payment.

Cancellation Before Payment

Customers may cancel an order request or quotation at any time before payment has been made.

No cancellation fee applies to orders cancelled before payment.

Cancellation After Payment

Once payment has been successfully received, the order is confirmed and enters our production workflow.

Customers may request cancellation after payment by contacting our support team.

Where reasonably possible, Standard Digitizing may stop any remaining work on the order.

However, cancellation after payment does not entitle the customer to a voluntary refund.

The payment remains non-refundable regardless of whether production has not yet started, is in progress, has been completed, or the digital files have already been delivered, except where a refund is required under applicable law or binding payment-provider rules.

Cancellation and refund are separate matters

A cancellation request asks us to stop remaining work where reasonably possible. It does not reverse a confirmed payment and does not create a voluntary refund. Any legally or contractually required refund is handled under the Refund Processing Time section of our Terms & Conditions.
