Privacy & File Handling

Privacy & Artwork Confidentiality

This policy explains how contact details, quote information, uploaded artwork, embroidery files, vector assets, analytics data and client communications are handled.

Information collected

Information may include name, email, phone or WhatsApp details, company name, uploaded artwork and logos, order instructions, sizes, placements, formats, deadlines, previous sewout images, quote and order communications, and basic analytics or technical information.

Why information is used

Information is used to review quotes, prepare and deliver files, communicate about orders, provide revisions, prevent spam or abuse, improve website usability and maintain necessary order records.

Artwork confidentiality

Client artwork, logos, brand assets and production files are treated as confidential production material. They are not sold or publicly displayed without permission.

Files are accessed only as required to review or complete the service. Portfolio or social-media use requires permission. Military, corporate, school, team and private brand files receive the same confidentiality treatment. No internet service can provide an absolute security guarantee.

Portfolio permission

Completed artwork, previews or sewout images are used publicly only when permission has been given or when the material has been supplied specifically for public promotional use.

Service providers and payment information

The website may rely on Blogger or Google hosting, email communication, quote-form delivery, analytics, file delivery and payment processing providers. Only information necessary to perform those services should be shared.

Standard Digitizing does not intentionally store complete payment-card details inside the Blogger website. Payments may be handled by third-party payment providers under their own privacy and security terms.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses required functionality and may use analytics where permitted. Consent options are shown where applicable, browser controls remain available, and analytics information is not claimed to be completely anonymous.

File retention

Delivered production files may be retained for up to 6 months for repeat-order support and eligible minor revision requests.

Clients should keep their own backups. Files may be deleted earlier for security, storage or operational reasons. Deletion requests may be subject to transaction, fraud-prevention or legal record requirements.

Data security, international visitors and children

Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but internet transmission cannot be guaranteed completely secure.

Clients may contact Standard Digitizing from different countries. Privacy requests and mandatory rights are handled according to applicable law.

The services are intended for businesses and adults ordering commercial digital production files and are not directed to children.

Privacy requests

Email john@thestandarddigitizing.com to ask what order information is held, correct contact information, request deletion where applicable, withdraw optional portfolio permission, or ask a privacy question. Records that must reasonably be retained may not be deleted immediately.
